In the midst of going over to Peppie's I encountered a huge traffic back up, so I was late getting to her house. That means I will be late to work. Sort of sorry, boss.

Just cannot rely on Newto to arrive on time anymore - I dont
know what is keeping her, so will await her arrival.
I know you understand Boss that a friend is more important than
this crummy job!
