Back to business:
Noted the outside temperature (39F) this morning. Don't have my winter clothes in order, boss, and I can't find anything warm enough for this weather. Will be in when I do.

Peppie needs to be rescued!! I must run over to her house and bring her inside, no doubt to my house where we'll get lost in eating breakfast and gossiping. Work? OMG I forgot all about it.

Quick thinking Newto saved the day and my dignity! after brekkie we went to a
park to feed the ducks then we played crazy golf I won ! later we brought some fish
and chips and ate them in a deckchair on the beach such a nice day forgot all about you
