Eveready batteries in my alarm clock failed and so I overslept. Just woke up now at 10 a.m. and am quite disoriented and disheveled. Will be in when I can get my act together.

Gathering gardenias in my garden and glanced upon a giant grasshopper grazing in my garden. Waiting for the giant grasshopper guy to move him to another garden. Will be in when in it is gone.

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire and had to wait to get it changed only to find out that the spare was flat also and wouldn't fin on the car so I had to have the car towed to the nearest tire place and have the tire fixed.

Ice Cream Truck came by just as I was leaving for work. I bought several "confections" and while eating them managed to spill the ice cream all over my clothes. Now must change clothes and wash the dirty ones. Will be in later.

Journeying to work a rabbit jumped up and I swerved to miss it and ran off the road and had to call a tow truck.
