Peppie -- It's a simple recipe.  I'll get it out of my recipe box and PM it to you.  We got two meals out of the recipe and I have a small portion left for a lunch. ETA:  Decided to e-mail it to you; will probably be easier to print it off if you decide you want to try it.  Later...........

DH will eat the asparagus; I will eat the salmon.  So YUM and YUCK.

Cucumbers in cream sauce.
