Can of tomato sauce spilled on my kitchen floor. A horrible mess to clean up. I'll be in when order is restored.

Dog chewed up my couch, so I need to clean up mess & go online to find a new one...maybe be in later!

Entered the powder room and found someone left the water on in the sink. Have to clean up the spill. Will be late.

Got up late because the alarm clock malfunctioned. Slept through breakfast and just realized it's 12 noon. Just too much trouble to get dressed and come in for a half-day. See you tomorrow.

Had a nasty bee sting arm swelled so much would not be any good
