    Tossed salad, brown rice and chicken baked with a mayonnaise/parmesan cheese topping.  Homemade baked apple for dessert. 

    Men tend to fall into two categories - those who are dying every time they sneeze and those who are in total denial - not sure which is worse!

    Tonight:  Baked tilapia; herb roll; baked beans.  Ice cream sandwich for dessert.

    Pep -- I like to cook, and try to make meals that both DH and I can enjoy within the constraints of our diet restrictions.  Not easy, and I make things for him that I cannot ever eat again.  Frequently we have different things for dinner.  PITA.

    For tonight - roast chicken, delicata squash, stuffing, homemade chocolate chip cake for dessert.
