Re: What are you playing?

Hello Lady, so nice to see you here.  I must admit I have never tried Aztec Venture....must be either a M3 or a TM.  I still haven't played Amaranthine Voyage: Living Mountain CE which I bought some time ago, and now another sequel is coming out soon? ...wow.

To find Nightfall on BFG, just type into the search window "Nightfall"....it will lbring up a list of games, scroll down and you will see Nightfall: An Edgar Allan Poe Mystery.  Click on it and download the game.  I hope you like it.

Re: What are you playing?

Lady, I am at level 31 on MC. I believe at the moment there are 29 different HOG scenes to play. Needing lots of money right now though so guess this part will be slow going.

Nightfall  is a pretty decent F2P. Not much energy in the beginning but it does increase as you go along. I think Barre is farther ahead on me on that one so could tell you more about the later stuff.

Re: What are you playing?

Barre, yes Aztec Venture is a match 3, but with a little twist.  I've enjoyed the difference.  I play match 3 games for a change from HO's.  Hercules is a TM sequel.  Both have "relaxed" options, which is the only way I'll play them.  Spent too many years at work with, not exactly timers, but things that must be done "in a timely manner" for good reasons, but it left me with an abhorrance of anything timed!  LOL!  My favorite match 3 is Fishdom 3 CE.  I play it over and over.  Thanks for telling me how to find Nightfall.

Govs, I read the MC thread over at PF.  That's one of the reasons I started playing.  And, there was a special offer of a sixty percent off coupon if it was downloaded!  Good to know that there will be more than the scenes I have access to now.  Just a sidelight, it scared the dickens out of me the first time I "poked" the knights!  I clicked on them accidentally and they moved!  LOL!

Thanks to both of you for the info.

Re: What are you playing?

Lady, you think the knights scared you wait until you get to the pirate cove area. lol.

I play Fishdom 3 now and then when I just want something to do that doesn't take a lot of thinking. The fish are funny and relaxing.

Re: What are you playing?

Lady, clicking on the knights is part of a quest.  If you go into the game every day, just click on them once a day.  If you notice in the Achievements area, you will get a reward for doing that in stages.  You will come to the part where you get a new avatar when you've clicked on them 30 days in a row....if I remember correctly.

Yesterday I decided to start a TM game, Royal Envoy 3 CE.  I am loving it because there is a Relaxed mode.  I don't think there is relaxed mode in any of the previous Royal Envoy games.  RE3 CE has 15 islands and I like that I can play 1 island at a time and then stop if I want to.

I think Playrix games have very nice graphics, always colorful.  I did enjoy Fishdom 3 CE but haven't played it in a while....I do like the diff. screensavers from the game.  Maybe I should bring it out again   My fav. M3 of all time is Caribbean Hideaway....nothing can compare to it IMO.

Re: What are you playing?

I have found a match 3 that is very different than any I have ever played.  It is called Emerald Tale.  In each level, you have to get your fuzzy thing (I really don't know what else to call the creature) from one side of the level to the portal which is located usually on the opposite side.  In order to do it, you have to move blocks to get rid of them and make a path.  I'm really not doing it justice in explaining it though, so I copied this for you...........

Solve puzzles and break runes to find magic artifacts and rescue the princess from a ferocious dragon. Find a variety of enchanted items and artifacts with their own helpful abilities and mysterious stories. With over 110 mysterious levels and a simple game play mechanic, Emerald Tale is both addicting and fun.

Even that does not do it justice.  This game is highly addicting but not too demanding or hectic.  I am absolutely loving it.

Re: What are you playing?

Coors, thank you for that tip.  I must admit I've never tried Emerald Tale so I'm downloading it right now to give it a try.   It looks like an older game and I wonder how i missed it before.  I usually try all M3 games when they come out.

Today I tried the new M3, Village Quest.  It does remind me a little of the Cradle series.  You have to find the blueprints first in order to erect the buildings.  The icons are bright and colorful, the gameplay is excellent, you collect resources required eg. wood, food, gold, stones, in order to start building.  The backgrounds for the M3 boards are nice.  It is by Rokapublish, the people who made Zombie Solitaire.   Will have to play more of the demo to decide whether to get it or not.

Re: What are you playing?

Coors, thank you so much for recommending Emerald Tale.  I've tried the demo and I love it.  It looks like a long game based on the map of the area, with so many items to collect, and the gameplay is so different from other M3 games.   I am definitely getting this one.

Govs, I decided not to get Floria, it reminds me too much of Laruaville and I got tired of that one after a while.  Neither will I get Village Quest - played more of the demo and it is nothing special.  Only getting the one Coors recommended because it is so unusual.

Re: What are you playing?

Okay...so it seems every post I made earlier before the forums suddenly went wonky has disappeared!  SIGH.

Glad you like it Barre.  I have played it on and off for most of the day and night!  LOL.  Tried Floria but got bored quickly.  Have downloaded Village Quest but not yet tried it.  Based on your review, I think I will just delete it.
