    Running late when walking the dog this morning had a run in
    with a load of cowns in a field they chased me and I fell in a ditch
    full of muddy water feeling very grubby and shook up !

    Telephone rang just as I was leaving.  It was my long-lost cousin; the conversation went on for hours and I'm exhausted.  Will be in after my nap.

    Men tend to fall into two categories - those who are dying every time they sneeze and those who are in total denial - not sure which is worse!
