I post here occasionaly but I tend to forget about this thread until I happen to see it. I am an airhead who gets distracted easily of you haven't noticed!
Anyway, I have finished (sorta) the CE of Royal Envoy 3. I just have to go back and replay the levels I have yet to reach gold on, of which there are 18 of. I am strange about this, as I insist on having gold on all levels. I have really enjoyed this game, as frustrating as some of the levels are. It is all about using the right strategy for each level, but sometimes that is hard to find out which strategy will work best. I rarely buy CE's, as most of the games I like don't have different versions. The Royal Envoy series is an exception. I thought it was well worth paying extra for, as it has 114 levels. I have played this game for well over a week straight, so it has a very long playing time, which is nice. If you are a fan of strategy and/or builders, you should give this one a try.
There is a built in walk through, but I haven't looked at it, so I can't offer an opinion on it. I am too stubborn and want to figure it out all by myself, so I have never used a walk through or strategy guide. Also, there is an untimed mode, I think. Pretty sure I saw that. I like the challenge, so I don't play untimed. As soon as I get gold on all levels, it will unlock the expert mode so I can play all over again.

Hi Coors, I did buy Royal Envoy 3 CE, I got it from Playrix website when they offered it for USD2.99 for the CE. I haven't played it yet. I'm not an expert like you, I'm satisfied if I just get through a level, never mind about the gold. Right now I'm playing Gardens Inc 2: The Road To Fame and loving it. I like it because of the special quests to figure out exactly what kind of flowers to plant.
Today there is a 50% off SE Sale on BF. I bought:
Phenomenon: Outcome with a gcc, and got
Tales of the Orient: The Rising Sun for free.
That's it. not getting any more because I bought quite a few during the recent Memorial Day weekend sale.

I finished Mythic Wonders: The Philosophers Stone. It started out okay but I didn't really like the HOS. Some of the items were so difficult to see, it was either white on white, brown on brown, etc and some were so faint you could hardly see it. I had to use hints to find some of the items and I hate doing that. Some puzzles were fun and yet some were so frustrating that I chose to skip them, eg turning rings which would turn the other rings another way. I liked some interactive puzzles, eg. towards the end you had to fly an aircraft and avoid some of the floating islands in your path...that one was fun.
I did not like the flashing lights especially when you go into the portal...not fun. On the whole, I think the game is okay but personally I wouldn't recommend it. Not a favorite of mine and I'm glad it's finished. Next HOPA I will play is Myths of the World: Spirit Wolf by Eipix.

I really wish I had seen your message about RE being on sale way back when. I want to get it . I have enough GCC 's I think and may use them. Thinking about cancelling membership since I haven't really bought a game in forever except for a few TM and I can get those somewhere else if I really feel the need.

Hi Govs, I thought you were the only one who always reads my postss in this thread? lol
I didn't know that you missed my post about RE3 being on sale.
I just finished Myths of the World: Spirit Wolf. I started out liking it but as it progressed I lost interest and couldn't wait to finish it. I found some of the puzzles irritating, especially the one with the rings where you turn the outer one and the inner one moves as well....such an old style puzzle and I wish they did away with it. I saw the same ring type puzzle in the new Myths of the World: Of Fiends and Fairies...urrghh. Spirit Wolf took me about 4 hours, I think, but it felt like forever. I found nothing really innovative or interesting, even the HOS were not that great. I don't think I will get the latest one that was released. I used to like Eipix before but now it's getting too much of the same.
Next game I will play is Fall of the New Age by Playrix/Shaman Games.

Govs, did you try the new F2P game, Mystic Saga? I am playing it and it's not bad. The items are a bit tiny and the graphics aren't all that great when you compare it to the other F2P games but I'm going to see how far I can advance and whether I still like it as it progresses.

I finished Fall of the New Age. It was a lovely adventure game and I enjoyed it. There were no HOS except when you are looking for the items to create your disguise, and then you had to dress up in whatever disguise needed to get past the guards. I loved all the mini games because they were different from the norm. I think this was supposed to be a CE game but we only got the SE version from BF, therefore I didn't manage to collect all the stones, and the ending was quite abrupt and I forgot to check my achievements. On the whole, it was a fun game.
I will play Mystery Tales: The Lost Hope for my next HOPA.

Been playing Questerium and think I'm a little more than half way thru. Need something out of the old subway (according to hint) but it says I'm finished there and wont let me go back in. WTH!! Now I'm stuck. If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears. Thanks!
Hi Tejas, sorry I can't help you there. I finished Questerium without any problems, I really liked it. I think that maybe you have to do something in another place and once you finish that task, you will be able to go back into the old subway to look for what you need. I don't think the game ever prevented me from going anywhere I wanted. Perhaps you can try doing another task somewhere else, finish it first, then maybe you can try again in the subway. I don't understand why the hint would point you to the subway and yet tell you that your task there is finished? doesn't make sense.
If all else fails and it's really a glitch in your game, you can write to CS and complain about it. They may compensate you by giving you a coupon to get another game.

Hi Barre. I DID miss that post about RE3 and so I paid full price from BFG. So now I will make sure to check this thread on a regular basis! Finished the game but have about 6 levels I still need to get gold on. Mad at it right now and sore shoulders mandate playing a more relaxed game, so I've walked away for now. For the record...the CE is definitely worth considering over waiting for the SE, as it has quite a few bonus levels...I believe it was 3 island's worth.
Playing Jewel Match 4 for a change of pace. It is fun and provides an interesting challenge. I like that it is a mix of match 3, hidden object, puzzles and Mahjong. Plus the hidden object scenes actually have a purpose...a specific thing you need, so they don't annoy me like the ones that make you search for useless junk like pickled frogs eggs or other such nonsense. Anyway, It has different modes, so you can choose your level of challenge, plus it has different types of match 3. Everything you do has a purpose....to get gold and restore the town, and more. Try it out if you haven't yet and let me know what you think.
