Thanks to all of you who sent messages. It is difficult to type; there is still a lot of pain and things I just cannot do with my hand. I do not expect to return for a long time. Everyone be well.
Men tend to fall into two categories - those who are dying every time they sneeze and those who are in total denial - not sure which is worse!
