    Lil..get a package of Philadelphia cream chees & it gives you the recipe for cheesecake...add strawberries or whatever fruit you want!

    Caramel nut ice cream

    OH Lion I've made soooo many cheese cakes I have a cook book with nothing but cheese cake recipes in it , are you kidding me. When I say I love cheese cake OH BABY do I !
    As to Caramel nut ice cream.... I say Yummo to that to that too.
    How about some ginger snap cookies to go with that ice cream ..

    Hee hee...just had caramel nut ice cream & added almond sliver slices & it got rid of my hiccups!

    Don't think I've made a cheesecake since mom had to go to care facility & passed in 2010..ccoking for one isn't the same!

    Ice Cream, comfort food the almonds sound like a nice pairing.
    Sorry about your mom Lion, yeah sometimes it's just not the same I'm with you on that one.
